Following the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, new strategies and policies were adopted to guide the country’s future development, outlining an ambitious blueprint for national progress. This has raised the bar for theoretical knowledge, professional expertise, innovation capacity, overall competence, leadership, and governance skills required of Party and government officials at all levels.

Against this backdrop, our institute has specially designed a “Senior Executive Training Program on Leadership and Innovation Capacity Enhancement” for Party and government leaders as well as senior administrators from Suihua City.

The program brings together renowned experts and professors in public administration, economic management, and sociology, offering a series of themed lectures. These sessions focus on the current political and economic landscape of China, as well as key issues and policies in social governance, aiming to strengthen officials’ scientific understanding of their roles and responsibilities and to foster leadership and innovation within the public sector.
