Educational Background

From February 1978 to January 1982, he studied chemistry at Nankai University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.

From February 1982 to December 1984, he pursued postgraduate studies in Dialectics of Nature at East China Normal University, where I earned a Master of Philosophy degree.

July 2007~July 2008, Doctor of Philosophy, Tsinghua University, Philosophy (Philosophy of Science and Technology)

From August 1998 to August 1999, he conducted research on science, technology, and public policy at McMaster University in Canada.
